Customer Service Representative

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include greeting and welcoming guests, maintaining the proper operation of the telephone switchboard, and handling requests for information, mail, and messages. You will also be responsible for answering guest inquiries about hotel service facilities and hours of operation, as well as handling check-ins and check-outs. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering guest items and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk
- Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard
- Handle requests for information, mail, and messages
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel service facilities and hours of operation
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Deliver guest items
Requirements
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
