The Role
As a vital member of the Product Management team, you will significantly influence the future of our Travel Rewards program. Your main focus will be to enhance our Travel Rewards offerings, ensuring they align with the changing needs of our customers and partners. You will play a key role in establishing a premier Travel Loyalty Redemption experience that showcases the diverse reward options available through Ascenda, enabling unforgettable journeys and experiences. By collaborating closely with Engineering, Business Development, GTM, and Partnership teams, you will ensure our travel products provide outstanding value and align with our overarching company goals.
Your Contributions
- Craft a strategic product roadmap for Travel Growth that aligns with our business objectives and customer demands.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine travel products, overseeing the process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Gain deep insights into the travel industry, identifying growth drivers, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies to pinpoint opportunities for innovation.
- Engage with external travel partners to broaden and enhance our travel rewards ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experiences.
- Prioritize delivering remarkable user experiences by identifying customer pain points and designing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work alongside internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure successful product launches and sustained product performance.
- Leverage data and analytics to guide product decisions, monitor performance, and continuously enhance our offerings.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, focusing on travel, loyalty programs, and/or growth and monetization within a leading e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching effective travel products in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
- Customer-centric mindset, placing the user experience at the forefront of your initiatives and ensuring value delivery throughout the customer journey.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and tactical execution skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to drive product success.
- Data-driven approach, with experience utilizing analytics to inform product decisions and assess success.
