Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medication therapy plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide education and training to healthcare teams on medication use and management
  • Conduct medication use evaluations and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Participate in research and quality improvement projects to advance the field of pharmacy practice
Requirements
  • Pharmacist licensure in the state of Texas
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited postgraduate year 1 (PGY-1) and year 2 (PGY-2) residency training program or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years of clinical practice experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
