Weekend Registered Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapies with open availability. As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to learn invaluable patient care skills, pursue your passion, and receive the recognition and compensation you deserve.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
- Prepare clinical and progress notes and summaries of care
- Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Document observed changes in patient's condition, situation, or care environment, and communicate to the Director of Nursing
- Proactively update client/patients' family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program
- Minimum one (1) years of documented clinical experience. Private duty, home care assistance and/or direct care experience at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, etc.
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Adhere to HIPAA and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
