We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Allegion. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products to ensure high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble housings and cylinders to precise specifications
  • Perform fill, test, and regulate functions on closers to ensure proper operation
  • Adjust mechanisms as needed to ensure smooth operation
  • Build sub-assemblies for stations, including speed controls, end plugs, couplers, rams, piston heads, and ball/nut assemblies
  • Perform quality checks on parts and products
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of related experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
Working Conditions

The Assembly Specialist will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to chemicals, temperature changes, and vibration.
