Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, provide personalized framing solutions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Framing and Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all framing products are properly stocked and merchandised.
  • Operations: Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain accurate records, and participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and production goals, provide support and assistance as needed, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software and ability to operate a cash register.
  • Measuring and Framing Skills: Ability to measure and cut frames accurately, and operate framing equipment and glass cutters.
  • Physical Demands: Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a framing or visual merchandising role.
  • Sales and Service Skills: Ability to sell products and services to customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment
  • Public Retail Store Setting: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with a focus on customer service and visual merchandising.
  • Climate-Controlled Environment: Work in a climate-controlled store environment with some outdoor work possible.
