We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Operations Specialist to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients to the practice and provide information about clinic features
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and take messages as needed
  • Check-in and collect general information from patients on their first visit
  • Verify insurance information
  • Notify clinicians of patient arrival and readiness
  • Makes appointments for returning patients as necessary
  • Print/reprint appointment reminders and school/work excuses
  • Make changes to the patient schedule as necessary
  • Coordinate payment arrangements or account resolution
  • Receive, store, and deliver shipments and mail
  • Take payments and post to account
  • Update charts and patient information

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One (1) year of administrative experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
