Assembly Operations Specialist

Entegee, a leading provider of custom automation solutions, is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician I to join its team.
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform assembly operations using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate component installation.
- Inspect and verify the quality of assembled components and finished products to meet company standards.
- Identify and report defects or non-conformities to the supervisor for timely resolution.
- Conduct functional tests on assembled products to verify proper operation and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed.
- Maintain organized inventory of components, parts, and tools for assembly process to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and request replenishments as needed to prevent disruptions.
- Adequately adhere to safety protocols while working with machinery and potentially hazardous materials.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on assembly equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- H.S. diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
- Prior experience in assembly or related manufacturing environment essential.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- BASIC understanding of electrical and electronic components advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting required.
- Competitive salary range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
