New Business Development Representative

At Hueman PE Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the waste management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily street-level solicitation of businesses to promote and sell waste and recycling services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within your assigned Commercial Waste Zone, targeting businesses that require waste management solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements and achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner, providing additional information, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections to advance the sales process.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in commercial sales, preferably in waste management or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and maximize commission potential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
