Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Representative to join our team at Executive Recruiting Consultants. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for assisting with the hiring, onboarding, evaluations, orientation, and employee review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the hiring process, including recruitment, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Organize and maintain employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including processing employee benefits and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement internal processes related to employee tracking, files, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Human Resource type setting or position.
  • Basic understanding of local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
