Position Overview:UKG is in search of a Senior Strategy Consultant within our Healthcare division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with C-Level executives and senior leadership to facilitate strategic discussions and planning regarding the implementation of UKG products.
- Deliver comprehensive UKG Advisory Service packages to our clientele, which includes conducting stakeholder interviews, surveys, configuration assessments, and labor data analysis.
- Engage in thought leadership through the development of published articles, case studies, and blog contributions.
- Work alongside Sales to identify and create opportunities for Advisory Service consulting.
- Contribute to the creation of new Advisory Service offerings tailored for the Healthcare sector.
- Act as Program Manager for large-scale Enterprise implementations when necessary.
- Provide mentorship and support within the Healthcare team and across other verticals as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in implementing and consulting on the UKG Pro WFM suite of products.
- Thorough understanding of the Healthcare sector and best practices in workforce management.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG legacy solutions, including Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions.
- Familiarity with the interactions, dependencies, and risks associated with Timekeeper, Absence Management, and Scheduler.
Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this role in specific states is $96,900 to $139,300, with the actual base pay depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position also qualifies for both short-term and long-term incentives as part of the overall compensation package.
