HR Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Spectrum Staffing Group is partnering with a prestigious luxury client to find an HR Administrative Assistant to support their HR team. This is a fully onsite position, offering $23 per hour, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, interview coordination, and correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment, from job postings and resume screening to scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases with essential information.
  • Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and various HR projects.
