Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Supply Service Representative Team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support to internal service locations. This team is tasked with managing order processing and ensuring timely handling of requests as necessary. The focus of this role is to assist all service locations with inquiries and concerns related to the Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients and suppliers through various channels.
  • Address supplier performance issues by escalating concerns to relevant teams.
  • Resolve disputes effectively while adhering to departmental policies.
  • Provide appropriate and helpful responses to field feedback regarding order issues.
  • Support Buyers, Planners, and Management with special projects and reporting tasks.
  • Review and rectify orders that are flagged for errors.
  • Engage in ongoing training with the SSR Team on systems and daily responsibilities.
  • Communicate critical updates promptly to all relevant parties when challenges arise.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and internal audits during order reviews.
  • Assist in completing daily SSR tasks as required.
  • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements for the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Positive demeanor and a readiness to assist.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Educational Background:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
