Vidant Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Washington, NC. As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Unit, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the OpportunityThis PRN position offers flexibility in your work schedule, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life. You will be responsible for providing care in accordance with established standards and policies, including collecting and analyzing assessment data, identifying expected outcomes, and developing a plan of care in collaboration with the patient and interdisciplinary team members.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet the identified needs of patients and their families.
- Document patient progress and develop effective plans of care.
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher.
- At least 1 year experience in acute patient care setting required.
- NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider required.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $75,000-$90,000.
