Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to produce high-quality images
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skill levels in ultrasound technology
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate scanning parameters
Provide excellent patient care and create a welcoming environment
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Requirements
Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) within one year of completing the ultrasound program
New Graduate or 1 year of general radiology experience required
Ability to work flexible hours and alternate shifts
Physical Demands
Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling required up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20-30 lbs frequently, and 10lbs constantly
Frequent bending, walking, sitting, squatting, reaching, and standing required
