Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Lead with 2-3 years of experience in overseeing engineering projects. Join our award-winning electronics manufacturing firm, recognized as one of the 'Best Places to Work' for multiple years.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project specifications.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial requirements to production launch.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders across various engineering disciplines.

- Actively monitor and communicate project progress regarding budget, timeline, performance, challenges, and risks, along with strategies to address them.
- Regularly review Gantt charts and collaborate with team members to ensure timely updates on tasks.

- Work closely with firmware, software, mechanical, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to ensure optimal design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for test (DFT).
- Coordinate the procurement and allocation of necessary tools and resources to guarantee project success.

- Proactively track timelines and target dates using project management software.
- Remove obstacles faced by team members and collaborate with business development to advance projects.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members regarding tools, materials, and schedules.

- Maintain current project documentation, including PDS, Gantt charts, specifications, and NPI checklists.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field along with relevant experience (approximately 2-3 years) in project management or engineering management, or a suitable combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience in new product development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) processes is a plus.

- Ability to adhere to established schedule templates using industry-standard milestones is essential.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, set priorities, and meet deadlines is necessary.

- Proficiency in various software applications, including MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across all organizational levels, are essential.

- Competence in managing multiple tasks, identifying details, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with other departments in a professional manner is crucial.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are necessary.

- Adaptability to change and a positive response to evolving business needs are required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is mandatory for all new hires.
