Position Overview
As a key member of the Department of the Navy, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality documentation for the development, presentation, and justification of budgetary actions essential for the overall project.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance with a primary focus on planning-related challenges.
- Act as the principal facilities expert, engaging in a diverse range of analytical, technical, and advisory tasks associated with construction, business, and financial management.
- Participate in regional conferences to maintain coordination with all stakeholders involved in the Facilities Planning Program.
- Lead, mentor, and technically guide teams in design processes and recommend innovative program enhancements across the Region, NAVFAC, and Supported Commands.

Conditions of Employment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and deemed suitable for federal employment.
- Participation in the direct deposit pay program is mandatory.

Qualifications
Your resume must reflect at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in federal service or comparable experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience should include:
1) Performing various analytical, technical, and advisory functions related to facilities planning, construction, business, and financial management.
2) Advising professionals in construction, field engineering, environmental planning, compliance, contract administration, real estate, public affairs, and other construction-related disciplines.
3) Identifying and analyzing complex project management issues to develop innovative solutions for planning, budgeting, execution, assessment, and programming.
4) Creating comprehensive briefing materials and documents for decision-making and meetings.
