About the RoleThis is a non-exempt position that requires a Project Manager with extensive experience in driving the delivery of complex projects using advanced project management techniques and methodologies aligned with PMI best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a project to modernize and unify the MMS GCS ecosystem by focusing on simplified workflows, enhanced recall management traceability, and real-time reporting.
- Drive project execution to meet project schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
- Establish project governance structures and define processes for reporting, review, and approval of project objectives and deliverables.
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and business case.
- Liaise between IT, business teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- 7+ years of project management experience using PMI guidelines.
- PMP or other PMI certification, or equivalent.
- BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related degree.
- Experience working in organizations performing process documentation or implementation of business process outsourcing models.
- Experience or background in medical device Field Service implementations.
- Program Management Concepts: technical and practical knowledge of core Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) concepts and principles.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills and Presence: demonstrates resilience, empathy, and accountability, and possesses leadership presence that inspires project stakeholders and team members.
- Interpersonal Skills: experienced in working with diverse, cross-functional, and virtual teams and environments.
