About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Therapist to join our team As a Youth Therapist, you will work directly with clients and their families to assess and treat mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with mental health concerns
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to school-aged youth
  • Collaborate with other programs and services within CHRIS 180 to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

  • Masters degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Licensure as a therapist in the state of Georgia (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
