Job Summary

The Global Product Strategy Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating clear communication across various departments within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing operations across the Global Product Strategy organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and managing budgets and schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional groups, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Capture and synthesize feedback, recaps, and manage timelines against revisions.
  • Collaborate with the team lead on procurement, invoicing, and other operational tasks.
  • Provide timely and accurate status reporting to the team, cross-functional teams, and management.
  • Coordinate and communicate activity between designers, functional groups, client teams, and management.
  • Participate in operational and project-level meetings, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Function as a liaison point to keep all parties informed of project impact, facilitating management decisions.
  • Identify resource conflicts and scope changes, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, with basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with project management processes, workflow, and terminology.
Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute simultaneous projects and activities.
  • Capacity to think creatively and adapt quickly to change.
  • Ability to build trust with the team and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Computer and Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Work Environment
  • General office environment.
