Job Summary

The Overnight Member Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours.
  • Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns, and elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
  • Shift Closure: Close the shift for the business day, ensuring all tasks are completed and the club is prepared for the next day.
  • Bank Deposit: Create a bank deposit for the next day, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to use basic computer software and systems.
  • Fitness and Health: Passion for fitness and health, with a positive attitude and energy.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Must be punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.
