Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely activity reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain), with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
