We seek a skilled Phone Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries and product information
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, further education preferred
- Proven customer service experience in a call center environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
