Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Montessori educator to lead our infant program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a nurturing environment that fosters independence, exploration, and learning in children.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. As a Montessori guide, you will be expected to observe and understand the physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of each child, and provide personalized support to help them reach their highest potential.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and prepared classroom environment that promotes trust, exploration, deep learning, and independence. Additionally, they will work closely with parents to ensure open communication and collaboration in providing the best possible care for every child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement individualized lesson plans for each child
  • Maintain a well-organized and prepared classroom environment
  • Observe and understand the physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of each child
  • Provide personalized support to help children reach their highest potential
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and collaboration
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Montessori method and principles
  • Experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group setting
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori
  • An Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development background
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any subject
