About Our Role

We are seeking a passionate and patient Infant Teacher to join our team at Irving Park Early Learning Center.

Our ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field with at least 3 classes in ECE. Previous childcare experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a fun and engaging learning environment that promotes cognitive, emotional, and physical development in infants.
  • Develop and implement schedules and routines that ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime for each child.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication and updates on children's growth and progress.
  • Maintain the health and safety of all students by adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • The ability to build rapport with children and establish trust.
  • A positive and patient demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
