About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to join our team as a Lead Toddler Teacher. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Cultivating positive relationships with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining a well-organized and inviting classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery

We're looking for someone who is passionate about Montessori education and has a deep understanding of child development principles. If you're a creative and enthusiastic educator who is dedicated to making a positive impact on young lives, we'd love to hear from you

What We Offer

We're proud to offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
