Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to work for a premier client in West Chester, OH. As a Quality Inspection Technician, the role involves manual visual inspection of vials or syringes within a controlled environment.
This position ensures the safety and quality of our products for patients. The Inspection Technician role offers a competitive salary of $25-$30 per hour, depending on shift and experience. The shift schedule is 12-hour shifts, 4/3 or 2/2/3 schedule, with day or night shifts starting at 6 AM or 6 PM.
Key Responsibilities:- Manual visual inspection of vials or syringes in a controlled environment.
- Work in a gowning environment requiring coverall, hairnet, beard net, and adherence to sanitation requirements.
- Inspect vial or syringe units for an extended period with frequent eye breaks.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail while ensuring the pace of inspection.
- Pass an inspection eye exam (20/20 with prescription lenses) and a color blindness test.
- Complete training to identify defects and qualify to perform the inspection.
- Clean the area, handle material and waste, document, and complete computerized training.
