Role Summary:
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will thrive in a dynamic team atmosphere, providing collaborative support to both patients and colleagues while ensuring exceptional service quality. This role uniquely combines customer service and administrative responsibilities, offering daily variety and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer supply pickups at the front desk.
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
- Serve as a backup for Receptionists, ensuring seamless operations.
- Conduct daily audits of outstanding supplies and collaborate with other departments to maintain accuracy.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess strong multitasking abilities, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in a team-oriented environment and the capacity to quickly adapt to new computer systems are essential.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
