About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Rooms To Go. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling furniture to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers to understand their home furnishing needs and preferences.
  • Use a consultative approach to generate sales and build rapport with customers.
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals and meet customer expectations.
  • Explain financing and protection plans to customers and demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Encourage customers to purchase additional products to complete their room.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
