Position Overview

This role transcends the typical Customer Service position, merging elements of Customer Support and Inside Sales. You will engage with a diverse array of product lines and handle complex inquiries. Daily responsibilities include assisting both new and existing clients via phone and email, locating parts lists, identifying components, providing quotes, processing orders, managing purchases, and addressing returns and damages, all while collaborating with internal departments (such as accounting, warehouse, and service) and our external partners.

  • Do you hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing? (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Do you have experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management roles and a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
  • Do you have familiarity with the off-highway industry? Experience in Automotive, Industrial Drivetrain, Hydraulics, Engine, or off-highway is preferred but not required.
  • Do you possess a sales-oriented mindset and are you goal-driven?
  • Do you have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide top-tier solutions for our clients and business?
  • Are you professional in all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions?
  • Are you capable of learning new systems, demonstrating above-average computer skills, and navigating multiple software programs?
  • Can you multi-task, work with a sense of urgency, seek help when necessary, and demonstrate self-motivation?
