Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Digital Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical core support for Crew Operations DT Systems, helping team members with technical aspects of their jobs, and collaborating with other teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Run technical core support for Crew Operations DT Systems
  2. Help team members with technical aspects of their jobs, such as design and programming
  3. Explain new fixes and processes to team members and work on an overall delivery approach
  4. Identify risks, form contingency plans, and address them with technical solutions
  5. Collaborate with other team members and Dev and functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
  6. Coordinate with other DT teams for application and OS patches, upgrades, and additional support changes
  7. Guide and mentor employees and contractors to technical excellence and people management
  8. Conduct testing and integration testing for Core Support changes and monitor daily systems operations
  9. Drive quality-focused and sustainable deliverables, collaborating with various teams and validating technical challenges
  10. Support testing phases and ensure non-functional requirements are accounted for
  11. Be the interface between the team and management, owning communication and making decisions to solve technical challenges
Requirements
  1. Strong knowledge of Tibco and Java (Kafka, AWS, and ODM preferred)
  2. Ability to lead and mentor team members
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  4. Ability to drive quality-focused and sustainable deliverables
  5. Experience with incident management and troubleshooting
