Job Overview: As a Senior ERP Developer at Sunbelt Solomon, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance manufacturing operations efficiency and productivity. Your expertise will help us improve our manufacturing processes and stay ahead in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems to support manufacturing operations.
  2. Analyze existing systems and processes within the manufacturing environment to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  4. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software applications used in manufacturing.
  5. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software applications, systems, and processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software development and systems analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, production planning, and distribution.
  • Experience with ERP platform (Syspro, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc).
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completion.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum based on experience and location.
