Senior ERP Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Developer to join our dynamic IT team at Sunbelt Solomon. This role requires designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance manufacturing operations efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems to support manufacturing operations.
- Systems Analysis: Analyze existing systems and processes within the manufacturing environment to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software applications used in manufacturing.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software applications, systems, and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software development and systems analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, production planning, and distribution.
- Experience with ERP platform (Syspro, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc).
- Proficient in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completion.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum depending on experience.
Location: Based at Sunbelt Solomon in [location].
