About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst Specialist to lead our IT team at Sunbelt Solomon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis and design, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes within the manufacturing environment to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • System Design: Design and implement new software applications and systems to support manufacturing operations.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software applications used in manufacturing.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software applications, systems, and processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software development and systems analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, production planning, and distribution.
  • Experience with ERP platform (Syspro, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc).
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completion.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum depending on experience.
Location: Based at Sunbelt Solomon in [location].
