Job Summary

The Electronics Engineer Support Specialist will be responsible for the growth and support of HW development that is critical to SiTime's test infrastructure. This role requires a highly motivated individual who will contribute and learn in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendors to execute PCB fabrication and assembly
  • Manage and deliver PCB builds for engineering groups
  • Manage BOM inventory and assist in component selection for PCB builds
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues with PCB builds
  • Provide engineering support for PCB development, cabling, and lab bench setup
Requirements:
  • AS in Electronics or Electronics Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing PCB fabrication and assembly, scheduling, and cost
  • Expert in PCB fabrication and assembly quality
  • Hands-on experience with PCB assembly (hand-solder and reflow)
  • Expert in circuit debug, touch-up, and rework
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs.
