Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Resident Support Specialist to join our care team at Peabody Management Systems Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and comfort. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily care duties, maintaining a clean and organized living environment, and promoting residents' overall well-being.

Care Duties:
• Assist residents with daily routines, including dressing, personal hygiene, and using the bathroom
• Provide support with meals and snacks, ensuring a safe eating environment for residents at risk of impaired swallowing or aspiration
• Clean and organize residents' living spaces, including closets and dressers, and ensure personal care items are stored properly
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and appointments, as needed
• Engage residents in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, within their care plan

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with direct care duties, such as bed baths, incontinent care, and transferring residents
• Monitor residents' safety and respond promptly to call bells
• Report resident intake and status to team leaders
• Participate in inventory management and arranging diagnostic therapeutic services, as needed
