We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physician Associate to join our team at ReviveRX.

Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care, wellness, and preventive medicine. As a Primary Care Physician Associate, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Patient Assessments: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs and wellness goals.
- Preventive Care: Provide routine health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling to promote healthy habits and disease prevention.
- Chronic Condition Management: Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity through evidence-based treatment plans.
- Meds Management: Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies to empower them to make informed decisions about their health.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary care or wellness setting.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
