About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Senior Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Professional Care Match, LLC. This position requires prior experience as a caregiver or personal care assistant, preferably certified nurse, home health aid. The successful candidate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily activities
  • Help clients take prescribed medication and manage their medication schedules
  • Provide mobility support and accompany clients to doctor's appointments
  • Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
