Dedicated Senior Care Associate

Hours: Per-Diem Basis
About the Role:The per-diem Resident Service Provider performs daily tasks as assigned by the Resident Care Director. Our services are designed to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance to residents according to their individualized service plans.
- Assist with medication reminders as per state regulations (does not involve administration).
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with seniors.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet resident needs and requests.
- Document observations and communicate changes to staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service to relatives, visitors, and guests.
- Certification as a nursing assistant or completion of certified home health aide training.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or related experience and/or training.
- Able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
- Able to work varying schedules and shifts as needed.
This role requires physical ability to move at least 50 lbs without assistance. The successful candidate will be able to bend, reach, and work in confined areas. A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to assist colleagues are essential for success in this position.
