Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and ensuring the successful operation of our information technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quick and effective technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
- Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Participate in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
- Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have an active or current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- 2 years of related systems administrator experience.
