Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of engaging content across various marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in branding, SEO, user experience (UX), and marketing communication. A strong passion for writing and creativity is essential, along with the ability to create captivating content that connects with our audience. Experience in building landing page designs, including wireframes and content, is also required, as well as familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and eCommerce settings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Create and refine high-quality content for website wireframes, ensuring alignment with user experience and brand voice.
  • Copywriting: Produce compelling copy for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, advertisements, and other digital formats.
  • SEO Best Practices: Apply SEO strategies to improve content visibility and search engine performance.
  • Brand Integrity: Maintain consistency in all content with our brand guidelines and effectively convey our brand values.
  • Landing Page Design: Develop and design landing page layouts, including wireframes and content, that effectively convert visitors into leads or customers.
  • Performance Optimization: Utilize conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to enhance content and landing page effectiveness.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement content strategies for various campaigns.
  • Content Planning: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials that align with marketing objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and assess content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the company's evolving needs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective content strategies and delivering high-quality content.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and their application in content creation.
  • Experience in designing and constructing landing page layouts, including wireframes and content.
  • Background in DTC and eCommerce environments.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) concepts.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
  • Experience in an agency setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
