Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise tax documentation and ensure financial precision for acquisitions, divestitures, and investment activities.
  • Oversee accounting functions for international branches, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Compile and submit various financial statements and liaise with external partners on tax filings.
  • Convert foreign currency transactions into US dollars for seamless financial reporting.
  • Manage lease agreements and reconcile expenditures.
  • Ensure payroll accounts are accurately reconciled and operations comply with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Solid foundation in Business/Accounting with a thorough understanding of GAAP Principles and Tax Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
