POSITION SUMMARY:

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Chief Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in the overall management and strategic direction of Duffy Health Center, which operates as a patient-centered medical home. This leadership position requires effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

The CEO is tasked with establishing both long-term and short-term objectives, setting personal performance benchmarks, and holding direct accountability for the organization's outcomes.

The CEO is responsible for formulating and executing organizational policies, goals, objectives, and budgets, while also addressing any conflicts that may arise.

Key responsibilities include assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and operations, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting standards, overseeing fund development, and fostering positive community relations.

This role is a full-time position within DHC and is considered essential in the DHC Emergency Operations Plan.
