Senior Spacecraft Engineer and Process Improvement Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of systems development and process improvement experience, along with a thorough understanding of systems engineering practices, integration processes, and mission/safety critical systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and educate Blue Origin employees on systems engineering processes and methods, develop and present training materials, and chair/run System Engineering working groups and best practice groups to define the model-based strategy. Additionally, you will develop strategies and approaches for specialty engineering, integration, analysis, and verification.
