Position SummaryWe are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Experience Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to tackle both customer service and operational challenges.
Our team operates on a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility while maintaining essential in-person collaboration during designated days.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison for customers, managing communications through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure clear communication regarding order details such as availability, pricing, and shipping timelines.
- Monitor and manage customer fill rates, providing information on regular items and suggesting alternatives when necessary.
- Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate AUI Territory Managers for swift resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance support for sales and account management initiatives.
- Assist in customer-focused projects, including Business Reviews and addressing Lost Placements.
- Engage with other departments like Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to achieve common goals.
- Utilize CRM systems and other IT tools to maintain accurate customer information and respond to product inquiries.
- Research product specifications to assist with customer needs and facilitate product evaluations.
Required:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Quick adaptability to Microsoft Dynamics with training.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms and SharePoint.
- A genuine passion for problem-solving and customer support.
The hourly wage for this position is $25.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
