Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Bitwerx, Inc. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building systems that power real-time data matching and augmentation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and research Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes
  • Train and retrain ML systems and models and measure improvement with statistical analysis
  • Study, transform, and convert data science prototypes
  • Collaborate with management, commercial, product, and development teams to understand and achieve company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies

Requirements:

  • Experience with cloud-based data technologies (Azure preferred)
  • Ability to build processes that support data transformation, data structures, dependency and metadata
  • Experience working with large data sets, identifying patterns, and using data to come to meaningful and actionable conclusions
  • Creation of insightful data visualizations
  • Experience with languages like Python, R, Lisp, and Prolog in a data engineering context
  • Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, regression, classification, clustering methods, and neural networks
  • Experience with source control tools (Git preferred)
  • Working experience in Agile Scrum environments
  • A passion for learning and keeping up to date with the latest tools and technologies
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject
  • Proficiency in computer technology and programming languages
  • Experience with OpenAI and Databricks
  • Familiarity working with large data solutions
  • Experience in dental, logistics, hospitality, or other vertical markets
