Position Summary:

DailyPay operates on a 24/7/365 model to facilitate scalable growth and improve customer satisfaction. We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Senior Manager to oversee our Mission Control team. This pivotal role is essential for maintaining the stability and efficiency of critical operational components, particularly our data exchange and related integrations. The successful candidate will manage daily monitoring operations and devise strategies to enhance our data exchange and monitoring functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a global team of skilled Mission Control analysts tasked with the proactive identification, validation, remediation, and escalation of operational discrepancies.
  • Establish and uphold comprehensive monitoring protocols to support standardized 24/7 operations.
  • Oversee the ongoing development and execution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to assess operational health and performance.
  • Manage DailyPay's Data Exchange health by closely monitoring relevant metrics, reporting on unexpected variances, and spearheading improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize data from various internal and external sources to swiftly identify trends, potential remediation strategies, and opportunities for long-term enhancement of DailyPay's operational health.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to implement enhancements and optimize data exchanges for our clients and partners.
  • Drive the creation of effective alerts, monitoring tools, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights into anomalies and trends in partnership with Data Science and Product teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a blend of global, regional, and cross-sector/industry environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in operational process leadership, consulting, business intelligence, systems engineering, payments management, production support, data management, information technology, or related fields within a regulated industry.
  • 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proficient understanding of analytical concepts and statistical methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and provide data-driven remediation strategies.
