We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Manager to join our team at Brilliant Earth. As a Luxury Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the jewelry industry and luxury goods market.
