Key Responsibilities- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests in a timely and efficient manner, embodying our company's commitment to Nice and Amazing Service.
- Work closely with the expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity and attention to detail, double-checking orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Guide guests through the menu, suggesting promotions, add-ons, or upselling, and demonstrating knowledge of our menu and offerings.
- Clean auditoriums, removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.
- Be of service to your team members, assisting with tasks such as scanning tickets, cleaning, and restroom checks.
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to the proper resource if unable to assist.
- Be cognizant of issues with movie projections and communicate with management when issues arise.
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures, including but not limited to other duties.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1+ years of food running or bussing experience preferred.
- ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner.
- Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing.
- Available nights, holidays, and weekends.
