Position Overview:

Are you the right fit? We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related Technical Field
  • Proven experience in leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and expand production capabilities.
  • Expertise in directing and facilitating CI activities employing lean improvement techniques such as Kaizen Events, GEMBA, 5S, and data-driven decision-making to optimize Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
